The Holistic Philosophy

Nurture and nourish the entire being - the body, the mind and the spirit. If we ignore any of these areas, we are incomplete. We lack wholeness.

Begin with body and start with nutritious food. Find a form of exercise that apeals to you. Exercise strengthens your bones and keeps your body young.

For your mind you can go for some sort of spiritual practice.  Spirituality  is a wonderful way to quite the mind and allows your own knowings to come to the surface.

Nyas yog is an integrated spiritual technique. It is in itself a complete package of self development. In this technique we do chakra balancing, Mantra chanting, program our mind for positive thinking and learn to live with gratitude. Exercise and spiritual practice both are included in nyas yog.

We don't have all the answers for everyone. We just teach you the technique to explore your own powers. By using right method you connect to GOD and all your prayers are answered.
