Anger - Enemy of each moment
We
were having a debate with Guruji that anger is greater enemy than desire. How many times a person takes wrong steps
due to anger. Breaks up relationships. Anger is the main cause of criticism, hatred, violence.
That is right,
Guruji said.
But
why do you get angry?
You
become angry when your wish is not fulfilled. We get angry from the person or
the circumstance which hinders our desire.
And
when desire is not fulfilled, Anger accumulates within you in three different ways
and puts you in a big delusion. First, anger created by past events second, anger
arising from the present events and third, anger arising from imagining the
future events.
You
will see that the desire of the human mind is hidden in these events, which
subtly advises the human being that these things are hindering the fulfilment
of your desires, you be angry on them and the human is filled with anger, loses
his conscience. Makes so many enemies ,breaks good relationships.
In
an attempt to be bonded to his stubbornness and desires, he burns himself and
others in the fire of anger.
So
keep in mind that anger is an enemy, but basically it is the desire under cover.
Control over desire will automatically reduce anger.

The simplification of the three stages of circumstances/conditions of the past, present and future in this discussion just clears up the perspective, of how and when this dis ease of anger slips into the mind and silently blows its trumpet.
