Be cautious of the six enemies
Guruji
was explaining caution about the six enemies. The six enemies in our life are :
Lust(kama),
anger(krodh), greed(lobh), attachment(moh), jealousy(irshya) and maliciousness(dvesh).
Guru
Ji said, after practicing “just for today” exercise you must have understood
the emotions like Lust, anger, greed, attachment, jealousy and maliciousness.
Now
tell, what is the meaning of the word lust(kama) and how it is our enemy?
People
are involved in male-female relationships. Involved in Immoral work all around.
Our energy is getting depleted by this, so this feeling is our enemy. The way
to avoid this is to remain in celibacy. “Gandhi ji had also used celibacy”, we said
in excitment.
Guruji
smiled, said that is a good thing. But
this meaning of lust here is not so narrow.
Lust
(kama) here means – desire(kamna)
The
desires that arise in your mind, the feeling of being happy, arises from(Lust) it.
The joy that comes from the taste of it’s imagination is lust. The desire is
not wrong, but getting attached to it is our biggest enemy. To fulfil our desires
we engage ourselves in all sort of moral
and immoral means.
Therefore,
be especially cautious about the attachment to your desire.
It
is the most dangerous enemy of life. From it the other five enemy emotions also
arise .
Divya prem pragat ho,rog shok nasht ho!!
